Charlotte’s credo is:
"The best you can ever give your audience is to be yourself. My work with
professionals is about focusing on each individual’s unique gifts, giving them the
tools and a road map, and coaching them from self-doubt to self-expression."
Charlotte is known for her sensitive coaching techniques,
and innovative communication tools- such as her highly
successful "Tighe No-Reading Method" that results
in powerful public speaking. Says Tighe, "The
art of communication is the most important skill you can
learn in life. You cannot lead without it."
